Course Distances
- Ages 5-6: 25 yard swim, 1/2 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
- Ages 7-10: 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
- Ages 11-15: 200 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run
Packet Pick-up
Saturday, August 23 from 3:00-5:00 PM
Day of the race (closes at 7:15 AM)
Race Day Schedule
- 7:15 AM - Registration, Check-in, and Packet pick-up closes
- 7:30 AM - Opening Ceremony begins
- 7:45 AM - Race begins
Requirements
Proof of USAT membership must be provided. This can be purchased for $10.00 during packet pick-up, or in advance at USAT Membership Services.
What to Bring
Please bring a bathing suit, goggles, towel, sunscreen, swim cap (optional), bike, bike helmet, running shoes, and bottled water.
