About the Event

Join us on Saturday, April 5th at 7:30am for an exclusive HYBRID workout brought to you by GRID Hybrid @ Max Potential Fitness. Your ticket includes entry to the gym for the HYBRID team workout, along with goodies from LSKD and live tastings of a range of products from Bulk Nutrients. We'll also have videography and photography to capture your best shots.

**About the workout:** Teams of FOUR - you may sign up solo and we will place you in a team on the day. Teams do not need to be mixed. One ticket = one entry. E.g., a team of four must purchase four tickets. The workout will be a 'hybrid' style workout, and details will be released on the day. Workout movements are functional, and while no specific skill acquisition is required, it is recommended that you are a 'confident' gym-goer. There will be running - a comfort level with running 3-4km distances is recommended. The length of the workout will be approximately 70-90 minutes, depending on abilities.
