GTR Fort Gibson Challenge
The GTR Fort Gibson Challenge is a multi-sport event taking place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, in Fort Gibson, OK. This event will be held at Clinkenbeard Park. The challenge includes a 1-mile run, a 2-mile kayak, and another 1-mile run. Finishers of the kayak challenge will receive medals. Participants must bring their own kayaks and wear life jackets properly at all times. Late starts are not permitted. Packet pickup begins at 9:00 AM on race day.
Events:
- SOLO - GTR Fort Gibson Challenge: 1-mile run, 2-mile kayak, 1-mile run. $55. 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM CDT. Limited spots available.
- TEAM - GTR Fort Gibson Challenge: 1-mile run, 2-mile kayak, 1-mile run (teams of two). $55. 10:10 AM - 11:00 AM CDT.
Important Notes:
- Shirt cutoff is July 1st.
- Teams can be male/male, female/female, or male/female.
- Teammates run and kayak together.
- Teammates must bring their own kayaks.
