HACEMOS DFW Scholarship 5K Run/Walk

Lace up and make a difference! Join us Saturday, September 13th at the University of Texas at Arlington for the HACEMOS DFW Scholarship 5K Run/Walk! The race benefits the IME Becas / HACEMOS DFW Scholarship Program. All proceeds from this event will go directly toward awarding scholarships to deserving students across the DFW area. The 2025 5K Scholarship Run/Walk involves your choice of: 1) a 5K Run/Walk on a certified course, 2) a Fun Run/Walk (1 mile), or 3) a virtual race.

Whether you’re running for a personal best or walking with friends and family, your participation makes a meaningful difference in the lives of local scholars. Let’s run, walk, and give back — ¡Juntos HACEMOS Mas!

Events

• HACEMOS DFW 5K Run/Walk (IN PERSON) - $35 (Price increases after July 31, 2025) - 8:00AM CDT
• HACEMOS DFW 5K Run/Walk (VIRTUAL) - $25 - Registration ends September 13, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT

Race Day Schedule (September 13, 2025)

• 6:45AM - 7:45AM: On-site registration and packet pickup
• 8:00AM: Race time start
• 9:00AM: Post-race celebration begins, food, vendors, and awards
• 11:00AM: Event officially ends

• Parking: Free parking near the Swift Center (1022 UTA Blvd., Arlington, TX 76013)
• Snacks: Provided for participants only
• Prizes: Awarded after the race for overall male/female
• Pets: Not allowed (except service animals)
• Shirts: Unisex T-shirt included with in-person registration (order deadline: September 1st)
