Think you’ve got what it takes to take on a HYROX-style challenge? We’re bringing the energy, the grit, and the signature HYROX vibe to Lincoln, Nebraska with our very first Half Rox—a HYROX race simulation that's half of the standard HYROX fitness race that’s taken the world by storm.

What is it? A 1-day, fast-paced HYROX-style event open to individuals or pairs. Shorter than a full race but still 100% HYROX. This is your chance to push limits, race for time, and feel the hype.

Where? Body Fit Training Lincoln – Nebraska’s first HYROX-certified gym.

When? Saturday, October 18. Waves of 3 people or 3 teams every 10 minutes starting at 7:00 AM. Start times will be emailed 1 week prior to race day.

Registration: $40/person. Individuals or Doubles—price is per entrant / ticket. Each race entrant is required to purchase a ticket.

Race Format:

Each participant or team will complete the following sequence:

• 500m Run
• 500m Ski Erg
• 500m Run
• 15 Revolutions of Sled Push Simulation on Manual Treadmill
• 500m Run
• 2 Lengths (total of 20 meters) Sled Pull (225 lbs)
• 500m Run
• 40m (132 feet) of Burpee Broad Jumps
• 500m Run
• 500m Row
• 500m Run
• 50m Walking Lunges (Sandbags: 30lb Women / 40lb Men / 30lb Mixed)
• 500m Run
• 100m Farmer’s Carry (2 x 35lb Women / 2 x 53lb Men / 2 x 44lb Mixed))
• 500m Run
• 50 Wall Balls (10lb Women / 14lb Men / 14lb Mixed)

Doubles Teams: Both team members have to run all run sections, but can divide up other stations between the two people however they choose based on strengths.
