Description: Come out to enjoy not only a fast and flat USATF Certified 5K course, but a Halloween theme complete with a BEST COSTUME CONTEST! Best Male and Female Costumes! All who register by October 15th at Midnight will be guaranteed a dry-fit t-shirt and will also earn a FREE BEER courtesy of our long-time host THE IRISH TIMES PUB on Main Street in Holbrook. Early bird bib pick-up and registration on Friday October 24th at THE IRISH TIMES PUB between 4-6pm!

5K Awards: Top three male and female finishers overall. Top three males and females in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

Monster Dash: All Monster Dashers will receive a finisher medal!

Amenities: T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by October 15th! Limited extra shirts available after that date! First come basis at early bird / day-of! Pick up your participant shirt and check out The Irish Times Pub for Friday Happy Hour on October 25th from 4-6pm! We'll be on the back deck. *Limited Extra Shirts at Happy Hour!

Monster Dash Fun Run: Open to children 12 and under

Entry Fees:

• 5K: $30 (with shirt if registered by October 15th), $35 (day-of)
• Monster Dash Fun Run: $15 (with shirt if registered by October 15th), $20 (day-of)
• Virtual 5K: $30 (with shirt if registered by October 15th)

Virtual Race Information: You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results anytime by October 25th 2025. Complete your run, and upload your results and photos on the race website.

Charitable Giving: The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB supports TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE, a charity assisting wounded veterans. Non-perishable food donations will be collected to benefit ISLAND HARVEST.
