Description: Run now, gobble later! Join us for the 9th Annual Harvest Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 15th, 2025! This race is for EVERYONE! There will be a 1 mile fun run and a 5k. The race will start promptly at 9am!

FAQs

What time should I plan to arrive at the Harvest Turkey Trot? Registration opens at 8am. Participants will recieve their t-shirt and race bib upon check-in. Please check-in early to allow plenty of time to get to the race start.

How much does registration cost? Registration is $20. After October 22, registration is $25.

What is included in the registration? Registrations before October 22nd, includes a race t-shirt. The remaining funds will be used to cover the cost of the race and a donation to the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

When does registration close? The last day to register and receive a race t-shirt is October 22nd. You can register for the event up until the start of the race, however there will be a late registration fee after October 22nd.

Can I walk? Yes!

Can I bring my stroller? Yes!

Can I bring my dog on a lease? Yes, well-socialized, non-aggressive dogs are welcome at the Trot. Dog owners are solely responsible for their pets' actions and must agree to follow the dog/stroller policy for the safety of all participants.

Is skating or cycling allowed? As they travel at a higher speed, for the safety of others, rollerblades, heelies, roller skates, scooters, bicycles etc are not allowed.

Is there a place I can leave my jacket, bag, etc.? No, participants are encouraged to keep their gear with them at all times.

Where do I register and pick up my bib and shirt? Registration and packet pickup will be at The Front Porch begining at 8am.

Can someone else pick up my packet? Yes, you will need to sign by their name.

What if it rains or snows (ha!)? Will you still have the Turkey Trot? No matter what the weather, the Trot will go on!

What happens to the proceeds from the Harvest Turkey Trot? Proceeds will help cover the cost of the race and will go to the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
