The course is a Run, Cycle, Run!
The Run is a combination of light trail run on a flat dirt track and footpath.
The long course is run on a 3km loop. The short course is also a circuit using a 1.6km loop.
The Cycle course is along Cathedral Avenue. The road will stay open to traffic, and traffic marshals will be in place.
Registration fees:
- 500m run/2km ride/500m run A$10.00 non-member
- 1km run/4km ride/1km run A$10.00 non-member
- Run 1.6k/Ride 11km/Run 1.6 A$30.00 non-member
- 4.6km run/22km ride/3km run A$40.00 non-member
- Run 4.6km, ride 20km, run 3km A$40.00 non-member
