Hawkins Hustle

The Hawkins Hustle is a 5k run/walk and kids fun run (ages 10 & under) in memory of Coach Vern Hawkins. The proceeds benefit the Coach Hawkins Scholarship Fund, awarding scholarships to graduating Georgetown High School seniors who competed in cross country and/or track & field.

2025 RACE DETAILS:

• Date & Time: Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 8:00 AM EDT
• Location: Brown County Fairgrounds, 325 West State Street, Georgetown, Ohio 45121
• Check-in: 7:00 AM EDT
• Kids Fun Run: Approximately 9:00 AM EDT (one lap around the main show ring)
• Race Categories: Male, Female, Run, Walk
• Age Groups: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• T-shirts: Limited supply on race day; pre-register by August 1, 2025 to guarantee one.
