Hawthorn Hustle 5K * 1M Run/Walk 2025

Join the Hawthorn PTO and Community for the 10th Annual Hawthorn Hustle 5K Run or 1 Mile Walk/Stroll.

Location: Century Park (Start/Finish at the Sled Hill), Vernon Hills, IL

Inclement Weather Date: November 8th

Race Details:

• Location: Century Park North, 1401 Indianwood Dr., Vernon Hills (Sled hill)
• Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025 (RAIN OR SHINE)

Check-in and Race Times:

• Packet Pick Up: Wednesday, October 29th from 3:00-8:00PM at Portillo’s & Barnelli’s Vernon Hills (221 W Townline Rd, Vernon Hills, IL 60061). Packets can also be picked up on race day.
• Race Day Schedule: Check in: 10:00-10:45 am; 5k Run Start: 11 am; Fun Run/Walk Start: 11:15 am

Registration Fee:

• $35 for 5K Race (Early bird through October 6th)
• $45 for 5K Race (On or After October 7th)
• $30 for Fun Run
• $28 for School/Student Run Clubs or Hawthorn Staff
• $150 max per family
• ***Both Races include a short sleeve t-shirt***
• $4 additional for XXL or XXXL

The Hawthorn Hustle will be a timed 5K around Big Bear and Little Bear Lakes in Century Park. All ages are welcome.

Raffle Prizes: Raffle tickets will be sold online ($5 per ticket, 6 for $25). Winners will be contacted by email by November 13th.
