Heart & Sole 5k

Love is sweet, so move your feet! It doesn't matter if you walk it or run it, just do whatever your heart desires. Invite your boo, your bestie, your kids, or your favorite four-legged partner to "move" with you. Participants receive a t-shirt, a special Valentines gift bag, and a custom event bib. Enjoy snacks and drinks after the race. "BE OUR VALENTINE" this February and register today.

Participants are asked to bring slightly used running shoes that you don't wear anymore. Shoes will be donated to a worthy organization, Soles 4 Souls, to give to those in need.

PACKET PICKUP will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 (Frank Liske Park office) 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

RACE DAY REGISTRATION will be held on Saturday February 21, 2026 at Frank Liske Park Barn from 8:00 am- 10:00 am.

Overall Awards: Top Overall Male, Overall Female, Masters Male, Masters Female, Grand Masters Male, and Grand Masters Female. Individual Awards to the top 3 finishes in the following age groups for male & female: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,40-44,45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over

Register by February 12th to guarantee race shirt and size.
