Come walk or run our 6th Annual 5K Trail Run as you support Heart of Tioga Pregnancy and Parenting Support! Note: This trail is NOT stroller friendly!

Online Registration is open until August 14th and is $25/person or $60 for a household family. You can also register on the day of the event 7:30AM to 9:00AM for $30/person or $75/household family.

Heart of Tioga opened it’s doors in 2020 to assist women and families in Tioga County. We are a non-profit organization founded for the purpose of providing free and confidential support - emotional, spiritual, and physical - to individuals involved in pregnancy. These services include pregnancy tests, education, material and emotional support, and ultrasounds.
