High Bridge Half Marathon & 5k

The High Bridge Half Marathon & 5k will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, in Farmville, VA. The race will be held on an out-and-back course beginning in Farmville Downtown at High Bridge Trail State Park Plaza. The half marathon will cross the historic High Bridge twice.

Events:

Half Marathon: $75 (price increases after September 1, 2025); 7:30 AM EDT
5k: $35 (price increases after September 1, 2025); 8:00 AM EDT

Course Information:

Surface: packed crushed gravel
Grade: very little
Amenities: 4 water stations with water and Gatorade, first aid at each station, cheer groups, emergency services

Registration: Refer 5 or more friends by 10/2/2025 and receive a refund of your entry fee.

Event Policies:

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Strollers are discouraged in the 5k.
Headphones are not permitted.
Assisted athletes with disabilities are welcome; both the athlete and pusher must register and pay half price.
Pets are not permitted.

Awards: Finisher medals will be presented to all half-marathon & 5k runners who complete the race during the timing period. Awards will be presented to the top three overall finishers and to the top three age group finishers for each race.
