Event Details
The High Point Sprint Youth Triathlon will take place at Oak Hollow Lake in High Point, NC! This exciting summer event offers two courses for youth athletes:
- Youth Long Course Triathlon (Ages 11-15): Swim 200 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 1.5 miles
- Youth Short Course Triathlon (Ages 7-10): Swim 100 yards, Bike 3 miles, Run 0.75 miles
Join us for a fun day either as a seasoned competitor or a first-time participant!
