Come and boost your Speed and Stamina.
Meet at Derby Rugby Club. All groups led by a qualified leader. Interval training for a range of speeds and strength, great for building stamina and fitness. Session suitable for all abilities: beginners/improvers through to fast.
Meeting at 7:00 PM at Derby Rugby Club for a 7:15 PM Start.
Below are some of the typical routes. In summer, Hills takes place in Darley Park. Route 1, Route 2, Route 3, Route 4, Route 5, Route 6 (Starts at Darley Park Drive Car Park).
