Hoppy Half Marathon & Relay & 5k

The 7th Annual Hoppy Half Marathon, Half Relay (2-3 person teams - must provide transportation) or 5k takes place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 8:00 AM on the scenic Chief Standing Bear Trail in Beatrice, NE. Route is out & back on fast, flat, mostly crushed limestone trail with some paved trail. Friendly leashed dogs are allowed.

Events:

• Hoppy Half Marathon: $45
• Hoppy Half Marathon 3 Person Team Relay: $90
• Hoppy Half Marathon 2 Person Team Relay: $80
• Hoppy 5k: $35

Awards: Age group awards (10-year divisions in 5k, 1/2 solo) 1st, 2nd, 3rd; team awards (combined 2/3 person)

Race Entry Includes: Long sleeve shirt (register by September 16), custom medal, bib timing, post-race refreshments, 1 free beverage, and entry into Oktoberfest.

Registration: Late and race-day registration accepted. Those registering after September 16 will receive a shirt at a later date.

Fundraiser: Proceeds benefit the maintenance and sustainability of the Chief Standing Bear Trail.

Oktoberfest: The race takes place in conjunction with Oktoberfest at Stone Hollow Brewing Co, which includes food vendors, a stein contest, and live music!
