• Sprint Tri - 500 yard lake swim; 12 mile bike; 3.1 mile run
• Olympic Tri - 1650 yard swim; 24.8 mile bike; 6.2 mile run
• Half Iron Tri - 1.2 mile swim; 56 mile bike; 13.1 mile run

*Swim in Lake Clare with a long history of swimming and great spectator viewing, bike fast quiet county roads, run around Lake Clare and for hte Olympic and Half Iron runs try the NEW run course on flat fast paved trails through Huntington **the old XC Hills and Grass section has been removed**  **2 run laps for the Half Iron, 1 run lap for the Olympic**
