Description: After countless hours of brainstorming, testing, and planning, we’re excited to present the Huron Health Club Games—an event like no other! No matter your fitness level, this competition offers a chance for everyone to win. We pride ourselves on creating a truly inclusive event where competitors compete on an even playing field. It's not about your max bench or squat—it’s about the heart you bring! AND I KNOW YOURE ASKING YOURSELF WHAT IS THE HHC GAMES? THINK OF A 5K BUT ITS ONLY A TOTAL DISTANCE OF .75 MILES ! BUT AFTER EACH 1/8 OF A MILE (YOU RUN OR WALK AT YOUR OWN PACE) YOU COMPLETE A BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE THEN CONTINUE RUNNING OR WALKING UNTIL YOU GET TO .75 MILES....THE FINISH LINE

Projected Course Order:

• 50 lunges
• 1/8 mile run/walk
• 50 burpees
• 1/8 mile run/walk
• 50 jumping jacks
• 1/8 mile run/walk
• 50 sit ups
• 1/8 mile run/walk
• 50 shoulder taps
• 1/8 mile run/walk
• 1 minute wall sit
• 1/8 mile run/walk

All exercises can be practiced at home, so by race day, you’ll be fully prepared to show us what you're made of! We’ll be offering cash prizes, and the more participants we have, the larger the cash pot gets. So, convince a friend to join you—it could be a win-win for both of you! Important Note: If you sign up online, you’ll still need to visit the Huron Health Club at 511 Cleveland Rd W, Unit E, Huron, OH to fill out a physical liability waiver and receive your official start time. Also online registration ends on 6/1/25 but you can register all the way til race day but after online registration closes t-shirts with entry aren't guaranteed. Race check-in is on June 6th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., where you’ll get your start time, bib, and t-shirt.
