HYROX Full Simulation Practice Race

Date/Time: Saturday, November 8, 2025. Heats begin 8:00 a.m.

Where: MBody Fitness — 2206 Katy Flewellen Rd, Suite D, Katy, TX 77494

Price: $25 (start time assigned after signup)

This event offers a full-course HYROX simulation in true race order, with real pacing and judge presence. It's an opportunity to practice your strategy, test Open vs Pro weights, and achieve a legitimate time before the official race day.

• Solo
• Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

Open and Pro weight heats are available.

Heats, Timing & Flow:

Heats start as early as 8:00 a.m. and continue throughout the morning. Your specific start time will be assigned after registration. Manual timing will be used, recording your heat start and finish.

Check-in & Warm-up:

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned heat to check in, preview the course, and warm up.

Course Standards:

The event follows the true HYROX order. Judges will be present, but participants are responsible for adhering to standards, rep counts, and lap counts. Treat this as race day.

What to Bring:

Normal training gear, plus any optional items like gloves, chalk, or a towel. Hydration is recommended.

Amenities & Spectators:

Restrooms, showers, and vendors will be on site. Spectators are free and welcome.

Policies:

No refunds. Spot transfers are permitted. Athletes under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
