Event Details
Welcome to the Hyrox full Simulation event! This event lasts 4 hours and is part of the series of HYROX race simulations in preparation for HYROX Houston on March 15-16th.
Event Schedule
- 1st half: Saturday Jan 25th
- 2nd half: Saturday Feb 8th
- HYROX strategy and Technique seminar: Saturday Feb 15th
- Full race: Saturday March 1st, 2025

Time
Heat times will be between 8 am - 12 pm and will be sent out no later than Thursday, Feb 27th.
Requirements
Make sure to come prepared with comfortable workout clothes, proper footwear, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the event.
