Hyrox Race Format
You will run 1km between each station:
- 1000m ski
- 50m Sled push
- 50m sled pull
- 80m Burpee Broad jumps
- 1000m row
- 100m sandbag lunges
- 200m farmers carry
- 100m sandbag lunges
- 100 wall balls
Your start time will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to the race.
