This isn't just another Friday night run; it's a celebration of IANRUNSLDN completing 1000 consecutive days of running! Join us for a community 5km run through the streets of London, followed by ice baths, saunas, and an epic post-run hangout at 24N Fitness & CrossFit Liverpool Street.
