Ice to Water Trail Run 2025

The 5th annual Ice to Water 5K/10K Trail Run and Dalles Dash Kids Run takes place in beautiful Wisconsin Interstate Park, on Saturday July 26th. It starts and ends in the park at Skyline Shelter, near the Ice Age Center. The 5K Trail Run will be an out on the Skyline hiking trail and back on the Skyline winter trail with a small loop at the beginning and end. The Skyline hiking trail climbs past rock-strewn ravines to the forested rim of the valley. The 10K Trail Run will start on the Skyline hiking trail, continue to the Silverbrook hiking trail to the waterfall and return on the Skyline winter trail. You will run through a variety of habitats to a remote area of the park and view 18-foot Silverbrook Falls. The Dalles Dash Kids Run is an up and back 0.5-mile trail run. For the Dalles Kids Race, the runners will start and end after the 10K/5K races completion. To ensure receiving an Ice to Water tshirt on the day of the race register by July 11th and prices for some age groups may increase after July 23. Participants registering after July 18th may still receive a tshirt but may not be on the day of the race.

• Saturday, July 26, 10:30 AM: Awards Presented - Skyline Shelter

Parking is available at the Ice Age Center within WI Interstate Park, a park pass is required.
