Impala Stampede 5K, Kids' Mile and Tots' 400m

Join us for the seventh annual running of the Impala Stampede, featuring the 5K race, Kids' Mile, and a new Tots' 400m! The event will be held at Golden Gate Park, and is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

• When: Saturday, June 7, 2025
• 5K Start Time: 8:30 AM
• Kids' Mile Start Time: 9:15 AM
• Tots' 400m Start Time: 9:30 AM
• Where: JFK @ Peacock Meadow, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA

Registration Fees

• Adult Early Registration: $40 (through April 15)
• Adult Regular Registration: $47 (April 16 - May 15)
• Adult Late Registration: $54 (May 16 - June 3)
• Kids' Mile (Ages 12 and Under): $12 online or $15 on site
• Tots' 400m (Ages 5 and Under): $10 online or $12 on site

Additional Information

Participants will receive commemorative socks, and post-race festivities will take place near the Conservatory of Flowers. A portion of the proceeds supports Shannon Rowbury's Imagining More Foundation, helping aspiring student athletes.
