Training for the Buffalo Marathon Weekend doesn’t have to be done alone. "In It For The Long Run," is a free, community-focused long run series designed to bring the Buffalo running community together as we log the miles leading into May. Whether you’re gearing up for your first marathon, chasing a PR, or supporting friends along the way, these runs are about consistency, connection, and showing up week after week—together. Each date offers two distance options to coincide with half and full marathon training, guided and supported by Runner's Roost. All runs are free to participate, open to runners of all abilities, and focused on building smart, sustainable mileage. Buffalo Rehab Group will be on site (Saturday, April 4th) helping runners stay healthy through the training cycle, while Runner’s Roost provides the community hub we all know and love.
