IRIS Run for Refugees
Join 3,000 runners and walkers for IRIS' biggest annual fundraiser to support refugees & immigrants! The event takes place on Super Bowl Sunday, February 8th, 2026 in New Haven, CT.
Events:
- 5K: $36.23 (includes $2.23 fee), 12:00PM EST, 2,900 spots left. Price increases after November 14, 2025.
- 5K Student (Under 18): $31.01 (includes $2.01 fee), 12:00PM EST, 400 spots left. Price increases after November 14, 2025.
- Virtual 5K: $36.23 (includes $2.23 fee). Price increases after November 14, 2025.
In-person Race: A flat 5K run/walk through New Haven's East Rock neighborhood.
Virtual Option: Run, walk, or bike a 5K anywhere.
Fundraiser: Create an individual or team fundraiser to support IRIS' services.
Registration Includes: A white long-sleeve tech shirt or black short-sleeve shirt (first-come, first-served).
