ISLANDKIDS TRIATHLON

The ISLANDKIDS TRIATHLON is on Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Avalon, NJ. This is a unique event where parents and children team up and race together for charity. The race consists of a 100-meter ocean swim, a 5k bike ride on Avalon Avenue (closed to traffic), and a 1k beach run. All proceeds benefit the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

• Registration: Ends June 28, 2025 at 8:30 AM EDT
• Packet Pick-up: Race day, 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Participants receive an athlete's bag, race bib, swim cap, Tultex shirt, and finisher's medal. Awards are given to the top 5 in each age group (7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15). Post-race celebration includes water ice, pizza, and donuts. Teams with parents from the adult race are eligible for the Fastest Family Award.

• 9:10 AM: Boys/Girls 13-15 (Red)
• 9:12 AM: Boys/Girls 11-12 (Yellow)
• 9:14 AM: Boys/Girls 9-10 (Purple)
• 9:16 AM: Boys/Girls 7-8 (Orange)
