Come join us in beautiful Avalon, NJ for an unforgettable racing experience. The only event of its kind where parents and children get to team up and race together for charity. We provide a unique, challenging event and memories to last a lifetime.

Same flat, fast and super spectator friendly course:

• 1/4 mile ocean swim
• 12 mile bike ride on closed streets through Avalon
• 5k beach run

The absolute BEST GEAR: Athlete bag, custom swim cap, comfy Tultex three color printed tee shirts, DeFeet 4 colored custom socks, Hollywood Bicycle Center custom water bottle, a large event cotton, 3 color printed finisher towel. Super cool unique apparel awards that go Top 5 Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, 3 deep in each age group.

Race proceeds and donation go to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

You can pick up your packet at at your convenience either Friday, June 27th from 5-7pm or race day, June 28th from 5:15-6:45am inside Avalon Community Hall 3001 Avalon Avenue, Avalon, NJ 08202
