About the Event
Jared Meyers Legacy Race
Join us for the 2nd Annual Jared Meyers Legacy Race! This is a 5K charity run/1 mile walk within the Ellwood City community in honor of Jared Meyers on Sunday, September 28th. There will be a 5k run and a 1-mile fun walk option, as well as food trucks, a Chinese auction, and a 50/50 drawing. With your race registration, you will receive a race t-shirt and a swag bag at the event. Trophies will be given to the top 3 overall finishers for both men and women. Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each of these age categories (male and female separately): 15 & younger, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50 & above. Strollers and dogs are permitted on the race course. Dogs must be on a leash and you must clean up after them.
