Welcome to the Jarmans Invitational Marathon! This event will take place on the first (or sometimes second) Saturday of August at 12:01 PM in Crozet, Virginia. The course is renowned for its difficulty, involving steep gravel roads and significant elevation changes.
Course Details
The race starts at the intersection of Jarmans Gap Rd and Greenwood Rd. Runners will ascend and descend a steep 2.9-mile section with a total elevation gain and loss of over 7,610 feet across five laps, covering approximately 29.0 miles.
Weather & Conditions
Be prepared for a harsh race experience. The midday start time maximizes heat exposure and the possibility of afternoon thunderstorms, which may lead to dry and dusty conditions.
Entry Fees
