Description: This event raises funds to support families with financial hardships and those with children being treated at UVM Children's Hospital. Both in-person and virtual participation options are available for 5K and 10K distances.

In-Person Race: 8:30 AM EST

Virtual Race: Anytime on Thanksgiving Day before 8:00 PM EST

Registration: All registration is done virtually and ends November 27, 2025, at 8:00 PM EST.

Courses:

• 5K (In-person Race/Virtual Timing)
• 5K (Virtual Race/Timing)
• 10K (In-person Race/Virtual Timing)
• 10K (Virtual Race/Timing)

Prices: $30.00 for all courses.

Race Course: Out and back on Cochran Road. Start and finish line halfway down Farr Rd. (Behind Stone Corral Brewery).

T-shirt Pick Up: Richmond Community Kitchen, 5 PM-7 PM on November 26th (Thanksgiving Eve). First 150 get a 2025 Turkey Trot t-shirt.

After Race Treat: Apple Cider and Cider Doughnuts from Hackett’s Orchard.

Parking: Volunteer Green (near the playground before the bridge). If the ground is dry, the lower space before the Round Church is also available.

Prizes: Top finishers in the in-person 5K will receive prizes.
