This race is part of the Insomniac Night Trail Run Series, offering a unique desert trail running experience at night. All races start from the Pemberton Trailhead at McDowell Mountain Regional Park.

This event is the 6th and final race in the Summer Insomniac Night Trail Run Series. An Insomniac Series Pass is available for all 6 races at a discount.
