Jog N Jam is a 5K run/walk and family event all rolled into one. The event includes the 5K race, Kids Fun Run, music, food, and events that are sure to satisfy people of all ages.

Event Details:

• Packet pick-up: Friday, May 8th TBD
• Race Day, registration tent opens at 7:30 am
• Kids Fun Run starts at 8:30 am
• 5K Race starts at 9:00 am for serious runners and additional waves for recreational runners, kids, and walkers

Courses and Prices:

• Adult 5k Run/Walk: Price: $35, Time: 9:00AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT, Registration ends May 6, 2026 at 6:00am EDT, Open to ages 16+.
• Child 5k Run/Walk: Price: $20, Time: 9:00AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT, Registration ends May 6, 2026 at 6:00am EDT, Open to ages 15 and under.
• Jog N Jam Cheering Section (T-Shirt Only): Price: $20, Time: 9:00AM EDT - 11:00AM EDT, Registration ends May 6, 2026 at 6:00am EDT

• 5K Walk/Run: $35
• Kids (Under 15): $20
• Kids Fun Run: Free with signed waiver

Day of Race Prices:

• 5K Walk/Run: $40
• Kids (Under 15): $25
