Description

Is fitness part of your New Year's Resolution? Join us to keep it going strong! This run/walk for individuals, families, and school/church teams is on a beautiful park-like course on the campus of Windwood Presbyterian Church. There is no concrete or pavement throughout the course. Each registered runner will receive a finisher's medal as they cross the finish line.

9:00am- 5K Run/Walk- This 5k trail run is a level course suitable for all skill levels.

10:00am-1 Mile Adventure Course- games and challenges throughout this family friendly course. Some will run, some will walk- all will have fun! We hope to see you, your family and your team at the Kardia Resolution Run!

This is a rain or shine event. If weather makes this event unsafe and a cancellation is required, the event will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be issued.
