KC Warm-Up: A Shakeout with lululemon

Start your race weekend with us! Jaco b Bentzinger, our Plaza Run Ambassador, will lead a relaxed three-mile shakeout run to help you loosen up, connect with fellow runners, and get in the marathon spirit. All paces are welcome—just bring your running shoes and good energy. We will cover the first 5K of the Garmin Marathon route.

After the run, connect with your fellow racers and enjoy pop ups from local vendors!
