Join Kent State Athletics for the third annual Kent State Run! Start at The Water Street Tavern, run through downtown Kent and campus, and finish at the stadium for a post-race party and watch the Golden Flashes take on the Merrimack College Warriors in their 2025 home opener.

Events:

• 5K - Kent State Student: $10
• 5K - Non Student: $20

Schedule:

• Water Street Hangout/Registration & Packet Pick Up - 8:00am
• 5K Run/Walk - 9:00am
• Tailgate/Awards Ceremony - 10:30am
• Kickoff - 12:00pm

All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Make checks payable to Hermes Sports & Events and mail entries to: Hermes Sports & Events 2425 West 11th St. Suite #2 Cleveland, Ohio 44113. THERE WILL BE NO PAPER FORMS/CASH ACCEPTED ON RACE DAY!

Participants Receive:

• Replica Kent State Football jersey (limited to the first 200 participants)
• 1 ticket to the Kent State vs. Merrimack College Warriors football game
