L'Artica - Edizione 2026

L'Artica is a vintage bicycle tour on the white roads and trails of the Berici Hills (Vicenza), held in January. It combines enthusiasm, passion, enchanting routes, and local delicacies.

Courses

• Classic Course (55 km): Explores the Berici Hills with breathtaking winter landscapes. Features 600 meters of elevation gain and three rest stops. Recommended for bikes with gears.
• Short Course (25 km): A flatter route within the Berici Hills, suitable for less trained participants. Features two rest stops. Suitable for all types of cyclists and vintage bicycles (pre-1987).

Rest Stops

Along the routes, there are rest stops offering local specialties such as baccalà alla vicentina, polenta, trippa, "Pan Mojo", "Groste de Formajo", and local wines like Durello and Cabernet.

Regulations

L'Artica is an amateur recreational cycling event primarily on white roads. Participants must read and accept the regulations, including a declaration of good physical condition and assumption of risk. Consent for data usage and image rights is required. The organization is not responsible for accidents or damages. Minimum age is 18. Only vintage bicycles (pre-1987, road bikes with downtube shifters, or vintage MTB/walking/work bikes) are permitted, with exceptions for participants with disabilities. No refunds or substitutions are allowed. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, registration fees will not be refunded.
