The La Jolla Cove Swim 2025 is an open water swimming event held in La Jolla, California on Sunday, September 7, 2025. It includes the following events:
- Garibaldi Groms 250 Meter Swim: 10:30AM PDT - 11:00AM PDT. $32.80 (includes $2.80 fee). Open to ages 8-12. Registration ends August 31, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT.
- Sea Lion 1 Mile Swim: 11:30AM PDT - 12:30PM PDT. $85.80 (includes $5.80 fee). Price increases after July 4, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT. Open to ages 13+.
- Leopard Shark 3 Mile Swim: 8:00AM PDT - 10:00AM PDT. $117.60 (includes $7.60 fee). Price increases after July 4, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT. Open to ages 18+.
- Whole Enchilada - Combo Swim - 3 Mile + 1 Mile (not back to back): 8:00AM PDT - 12:30PM PDT. $170.60 (includes $10.60 fee). Price increases after July 4, 2025 at 11:59pm PDT. Open to ages 18+.
All swimmers receive an event t-shirt. All finishers receive a finisher's medal. Age Group Medals are awarded following U.S. Masters Swimming age brackets (by individual year for the kids' race).
