Lake Run Club Kids Run For Fun Summer Series

Event Details

Children ages 1-12 are invited to run on Friday evenings during the summer at Normal Community High School (NCHS). This family-friendly program by the Lake Run Club is non-competitive, focusing on making exercise and running enjoyable for kids.

The series will take place from June 6, 2025 to August 1, 2025. Each session begins with younger children (2 and under) running first, allowing parents to accompany their little ones. Older age groups will run in separate heats to ensure safety and reduce congestion.

Registration Details

Walk-up registration starts at 5:30 PM at NCHS High School.

Registration Fees:

• $2.00 for a single Friday session
• $10.00 for all sessions (no T-Shirt)
• $20.00 for all sessions including a T-Shirt

All timing clocks will be onsite to help participants view their finish times.
