Lake Terramuggus Olympic Triathlon

Event Overview

The Lake Terramuggus Olympic Distance Triathlon takes place on August 16, 2025, starting at 8:00 am. This event encourages participation from all levels of triathletes and provides a great training opportunity while fostering a community of athletes.

Course Details

• Swim: 1600 yards
• Bike: 25 miles
• Run: 10K

Important Information

There will be a bike cut-off time limit: athletes must be off the bike course within 2 hours and 45 minutes from the start of the second wave. Participants who do not complete the bike course in the allotted time can still run one loop of the run course but will not be eligible for awards.

Race Schedule

1. 6:30 am - Race Day Check-In Opens
2. 8:00 am - Wave 1 Starts (Men & Relay)
3. 8:02 am - Wave 2 Starts (Females)

Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers, top finishers in age group categories, and top relay teams.
