100K point to point race from the NENA trailhead in Port Mayaka to iconic Hobe Sound beach on mostly single track remote trail. The ecosystems on this beautiful trail are changing constantly from ancient sand dunes with scrub oak and sand pine to pine flat woods, palmetto, palm, and oak hammocks, cypress domes and wet prairies. Wildlife include deer, alligators, otters, owls, snakes, bobcats, coyotes and various Florida wading birds. 18 hour strict time limit. You MUST have a crew for this race. If you are flying in from out of town and don't have a crew, we will do our best to recruit a crew for you. Crew stops at 15, 22, 31, 37 and 48 miles.
