Laurel House 5K Dash Against Domestic Violence.

Join us for the Laurel House 5K Dash Against Domestic Violence on [date]. The event will take place at the Upper Gwynedd Township Building in North Wales, PA. Lace up your running shoes and get ready for a fun and meaningful race!

There are two options for participants: the 5K Run and the Walk. The 5K Run covers a distance of 5 kilometers and costs $40. The Walk option is also available for the same price.

Check-in and race day registration will open at 7:30am, giving you plenty of time to get ready for the race. The 5K Run/Walk will start at 8:30am. After the race, there will be an awards ceremony at 9:30am.

Awards will be given to the overall female and male runners, as well as the top 1, 2, and 3 female and male age group winners. Age groups include 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

The 5K will be chip-timed, ensuring accurate results for all participants. Runners and walkers will receive bibs, and Bryn Mawr Race Management will provide chip-timing services. Runner results will be posted immediately on a flat-screen and online.
