Leaf Stomp 2025

Choose to challenge yourself with a 22-mile, 15-mile, 10-mile, or 5-mile hike along the Ice Age National Scenic Trail through the Kettle Moraine State Forest - Northern Unit. Hikers will be shuttled to their starting points and hike back to the Mauthe Lake Recreation Area. Each route includes aid/refreshment stations and road crossing guards. This non-competitive hike is a fundraiser for the Friends of the Kettle Moraine. The event will happen rain or shine. The 22-mile and 15-mile routes are suggested for those over 16 years old. An adult must accompany minors younger than 16 years old. Sorry, no dogs allowed at the Leaf Stomp.

Schedule:

• 6:00-6:45 AM CDT: Registration for 22-mile and 15-mile
• 7:00 AM CDT: Buses leave for 22-mile and 15-mile starting spots
• 7:00-8:15 AM CDT: Registration for 10-mile
• 8:30 AM CDT: Buses leave for 10-mile starting spot
• 8:15-9:15 AM CDT: Registration for 5-mile
• 9:30 AM CDT: Buses leave for 5-mile starting spot

• 5-mile: $44.94 (Early Bird), $50.31 (Regular)
• 10-mile: $50.31 (Early Bird), $55.68 (Regular)
• 15-mile: $50.31 (Early Bird), $55.68 (Regular)
• 22-mile: $50.31 (Early Bird), $55.68 (Regular)
