LifeAct's mission is to teach teens to recognize the warning signs of suicide and depression in themselves and their peers—and to get help. By participating in this event, you’re helping us expand our reach and continue providing these critical mental health education programs at no cost to public, charter, and private schools throughout Northeast Ohio. Let’s take steps—together—toward a healthier, more hopeful future for our youth.

Join LifeAct for our 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk —a fun, family-friendly event that brings the community together for an important cause: preventing teen suicide. Held at the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, this unique event gives participants the opportunity to walk or run through the Zoo while supporting youth mental health education in Northeast Ohio. Whether you're running competitively, walking with loved ones, or cheering from the sidelines, every step helps LifeAct reach more students with life-saving programs.

Your registration includes full-day Zoo admission after the race, a t-shirt, and access to our Wellness Community Resources Fair.
