What is Lil Chiggy?

It's a fantastic Spring Tune-Up run to test your winter training. Start at the Gate at Cape Chignecto Park, race directly into Refugee Cove, collect a token and return it back to the Start / Finish. Approx 24 Kilometers (Slightly more depending on your GPS Device). This is completely done on the Red Trail. The Cape Chignecto Provincial Park is known for its beauty as well as its challenging vertical gain and single track technical trails. People who experience Cape Chignecto Park will lovingly refer to it as Chiggy.
