Lismore Samson Fitness Challange 2026

The Samson Challenge

The Samson Challenge is a four-person team event with each team put through nine gruelling challenges, which include a farmers walk with jerry cans, a prowler push, a 130kg truck tyre flip, a burpee challenge, a 2x2km run, a 1km swim, the sled plug, and a crazy obstacle course to complete. The quickest team to complete all the challenges wins the coveted Samson Title and bragging rights for the next twelve months.

The Samson is a major fundraiser for Our Kids, the charity that raises money to purchase paediatric equipment for the Children's Ward and Special Care Nursery at Lismore Base Hospital.

Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees

• Team Captain Registration: Your Team Captain Must set up your Team and pay for your team first before entering members
• Early Bird Registration (Dec 1 – Jan 16): $360.00
• Normal Registration (Jan 16 – Feb 20): $420.00
• Late Registration (Feb 20 – Feb 27): $450.00

Youth Registration (Ages 16-18)
