Long Haul Course Preview - December 13, 2025

Join Andy & Amy for a course preview/training run for the 2026 LH100. You do not have to be registered for the race to participate in the course preview/training run.

The course will be marked, and we will provide a few water stops. Run a loop (16.8 miles) or more!

Note: There is a $3 per person or $4 per vehicle fee to enter Colt Creek State Park.

The training run will start at the Middle Lake Day Use pavilion. Parking Area A. The first wave of runners will start at 8:30 am sharp. You may start anytime, but 8:30 will be the official kick-off of the preview run.

On Course Hydration: Water will be available at the run start, in the group camp, and at the hard right turn around miles 12 and 15.5. These will be unstaffed stations with water only. Bring your own food and electrolytes and plan to leave drop bags/coolers in your vehicle.

Camping: The group campground is reserved on Friday & Saturday nights for anyone interested in camping. This is a primitive campground with no water or electricity, and is tent camping only.
