Lost Soul Ultra

Event Details

The race is held in the Oldman River valley of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. We appreciate that we are gathered on the lands of the Blackfoot people of the Canadian Plains and shared with the Cree and Metis.

One lap is 51 km with approximately 1,100 m (3,600') of elevation change. Most of the hills will be in the range of 50-80m (150-250') in size and you will hit about 14 of those in one lap.

Events Schedule

• 100 Mile: Starts Fri 8:00 AM (33-hour cutoff completing 3 laps + an extra 9k loop)
• 100K: Starts Fri 8:30 AM (21-hour cutoff completing 2 laps, totaling 102 km)
• 50K: Starts Sat 7:00 AM (11-hour cutoff completing one lap)

Note: The 100 mile and 100 km events are qualifying events for the Western States Endurance Run (WSER).

Age Requirement

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age on race day.

Dropout Partial Credit Schedule

We will offer partial credits for next year’s race based on the following schedule:

• Nov 1 to Feb 27: 90% credit
• Mar 1: 80% credit
• Apr 1: 70% credit
• May 1: 60% credit
• June 1: 50% credit
• July 1 - Aug 10: 30% credit
• Aug 11 - Sep 3: $50 credit
