About the Event
Lutzie 43 Road Race
The Lutzie 43 Road Race is in its 11th year and was started as the first fundraiser for the Lutzie 43 Foundation. The Lutzie 43 Foundation was established in loving memory of Philip Lutzenkirchen, shortly after his death in 2014. The goal of the foundation is to inspire people to make better decisions as drivers and friends, using Philip’s life and legacy to inspire change.
On-Site Runner: The 5K will be on Saturday, August 2 and begin and end on the 43-yard line on Lutzie Field at Frank Fillman Stadium, Lassiter High School (2601 Shallowford Rd, Marietta, GA 30066). The race begins at 8:00 am EDT.
Virtual Runner: Can't make it to Lassiter High School on race day? Run from where you are!
