We are thrilled to be back at Alafia River State Park for a second edition of MammothMarch Tampa Bay! After our sold-out premiere last year, we can’t wait for another 20-mile adventure winding through mixed hardwood forests, pine flatwoods, rolling hills and lakes with an abundance of wildlife. Unlike other Florida MammothMarches, our Tampa Bay edition looks a little bit different: Standing out from the relatively flat topography of Central Florida, Alafia River State Park features some of the most radical elevation changes in the sunshine state. Located just 25 miles southeast of Tampa, MammothMarch at Alafia River State Park makes for the picture-perfect hiking get-away. Mastering our challenge, you will be exhausted, but proud and happy... as well as part of our amazing community of nature-lovers, hikers and MammothMarch addicts!
